Madison Business Gateway and Whittemore's Real Estate Collaborate to Promote Economic Development

MADISON, Maine - Madison Business Gateway (MBG) and Skowhegan-based Whittemore's Real Estate agency will collaborate to showcase the value of Madison's real estate and community attributes in efforts to attract new businesses to the town.

The MBG Web site, madisonbusinessgateway.com, will highlight available home properties in Madison that company executives and employees might consider purchasing if they expanded their business in the town. The highlighted properties will represent a range of styles and prices, and link back to Whittemore's Real Estate online listings so interested parties can learn more about moving to and living in Madison.

Home values and available real estate, along with commute times, quality schools and recreational activities are all important quality of life issues that businesses consider when starting new or expanding operations.

New featured properties will be added every other month and will be showcased via the "quality of life" page of the MBG Web site.
